Clearwater Beach Hotel.............is...

..... now demolished!

"Hiller has worked as a development consultant on several projects, including the Marriott Suites Clearwater Beach on Sand Key and the Sandpearl Resort and Belle Harbor projects on Clearwater Beach."

http://www.sptimes.com/2005/08/04/Northpinellas/Hotel_s_new_suitors_l.shtml

Readers note:  The Sandpearl is the resort that is REPLACING the once beautiful but now demolished Clearwater Beach Hotel.  Rory Hiller is the developer who wants to purchase the Biltmore and put in ultra modern condo/hotel units which this web site is against!

SAVE THE BILTMORE HELLOCARDS AND BOOKMARKS:

Here is the poetry and the Thought for the Day and the Smile for the Day which is inside the Save the Biltmore Hellocard.

Save The Historic Belleview Biltmore!  By Diane Hein (President of Save the Biltmore Preservationists)

The Belleview Biltmore, you're an aging lady with a rich, youthful past
What can we do to save you, to help you forever stand fast.

It has been said that your business expenses are much too high
Now sadly developers would destroy you without one cry.

I and the community will rally round your cherished walls
To save you and to preserve your heritage and honored halls.

Thought for the Day by Diane Hein

We are not just saving a hotel, we are saving history.

Smile for the Day by Diane Hein

I don't want to go before my time and neither should the Biltmore!  :)

(The name "Hellocard" was coined after my parrot, Tulip, who says "Hello! Hello!" every morning to me!  Her photo is on the back of every Hellocard.)

With every Biltmore Hellocard comes one Save the Biltmore bookmark!  This has the vintage photo on it.

Please note: I am donating ALL proceeds of my Save the Biltmore Hellocards and bookmarks to our nonprofit organization:
Save the Biltmore Preservationists.

Donation for six Save the Biltmore Hellocards plus six bookmarks:  $20.00
